Our responsibilities encompassed the creative process inclusive of brand initiation, concept creation and development, brochure, signage, hoarding, outdoor and other press, social media planning and implementation and last but not least – site design and technical build. Traditional techniques for selling new developments rely heavily on promoting a lifestyle, aspiration and idealism which is personal to the prospective buyer. Our creative resulted in a campaign which uses the voice of the local residents, businesses and visitors of Putney to highlight the niche areas, best eateries, shops, unique experiences, etc which exist for prospective residents.
